Gippsland Ports is seeking expressions of interest for purchase and removal three vessels currently stored at Paynesville Boatyard. The vessels have been removed from the waterway by Gippsland Ports under the Port Management (Local Ports) Regulations 2015.

All vessels are currently unseaworthy and in need of repair and will not be launched into the water unless required maintenance is completed.
“Hakuna Matata” DY399 – Compass 28’ Fibreglass sailing yacht. Single cylinder Yanmar diesel engine.
“Flying Cloud” ET763 – 12m timber flybridge motor cruiser, ex hire vessel built by Bulls Cruisers. 4-cylinder Vetus diesel engine.
“Kelly’s Folly” OA247 – 12m timber motor cruiser, Hull No.5 built by Melbourne Harbour Trust, Williamstown. 6 Cylinder Nissan diesel engine with V-drive. Â
Gippsland Ports will require the purchaser to remove the vessels from the yard once a sale is finalised. If you require access to view a vessel, please contact Paynesville Boatyard on (03) 51566 352 during business hours to arrange a suitable time.
