This notice is to advise that under the Port Management (Local Port) Regulations 2025 that Gippsland Ports intends to dispose of the following vessel, which was removed from the Nicholson River.
Timber Motor Cruiser “Pelican” Registration TP 011.
Gippsland Ports has been unable to contact or locate the owner of this vessel.
If the owner of the vessel fails to contact Gippsland Ports within 14 days, the process for disposal of the vessel will commence. All associated costs including court and legal expenses will be recovered from the owner or by sale or scrapping of the vessel.
