DETAILS:  Mariners are advised that the position of the Anderson Inlet Entrance Offshore Safe Water Mark Buoy (L.Fl.10s) has changed.

The new position of the Buoy is as follows.

Lat.    38° 39.408’ South 

Lon. 145° 43.305’ East  Datum WGS84

Mariners are reminded that the Safe Water Mark Buoy does not indicate any navigation significance other than being a reference point in deeper water.  

Mariners are also advised that the recent survey of the entrance does not indicate any safe fairway across the Anderson Inlet Bar.
