DATE: 18th September 2025 – Effective immediately.

PREVIOUS NOTICE: Notice to Mariners No.191(T) of 2025 is referred to and cancelled.

DETAILS: Mariners are advised that following dredging operations and recent bathymetric survey results, the preferred leading line to cross the Lakes Entrance Bar has been altered from the temporary “Leading Line 5” back to “Green Light”. The transit bearing of “Green Light” is 347⁰(T) to Flagstaff Hill Light (F.20m 7M).

A copy of the latest bathymetric survey for the Lakes Entrance Bar and the Entrance to the Gippsland Lakes is available on the Gippsland Ports Website at;
