Boatyard Services Manager

Gippsland Ports is a provider of port and waterway management services along the Gippsland coast from Anderson Inlet to Mallacoota. We also operate boatyards at Paynesville and Lakes Entrance, offering vessel haul out and slipping facilities and a full range of repair and maintenance services.

We currently have a vacancy for an ongoing full-time position as the Boatyard Services Manager.  This role provides operational and service leadership for Gippsland Ports Boatyard services, leading day-to-day operations at Paynesville Boatyard and providing oversight of Bullock Island Boatyard and remote slipway sites, to ensure safe, customer-focused and coordinated service delivery.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, high customer service values, excellent knowledge of the marine repair industry, experience in managing a large operational workforce and relevant qualifications and/or equivalent skills and experience.
