This notice is to advise that under the Port Management (Local Port) Regulations 2025,

Gippsland Ports intend to dispose of the floating dock abandoned at the north arm boat ramp unless the owner is found.

If the owner of the floating dock fails to contact Gippsland Ports within 21 days, the process for disposal will commence.

All associated costs will be recovered from the sale.
