DETAILS:    Mariners are advised that to clearly delineate the 5 knot zone in Hopetoun Channel near Barrier Landing an additional Yellow 5 knot buoy (Fl.Y.4s) has been established. The existing 5 knot buoy (Fl.Y.4s) has been repositioned along the zone boundary. The two 5 knot buoys are now in the positions:
