This notice is to advise that under the Port Management (Local Port) Regulations 2015 that Gippsland Ports intends to dispose of an unnamed 10m fibreglass motor cruiser, removed Newlands Arm, registration JT 608.

Gippsland Ports has been unable to contact or locate the owner of the vessel.

If the owner of the vessel fails to contact Gippsland Ports within 28 days, the process for disposal of the vessel will commence. All associated costs including court and legal expenses will be recovered from the sale or scrapping of the vessel.
