The Gippsland Ports Strategic Plan for 2023-2028 has been finalised following consultation with staff, the community and internal and external stakeholders.  The Strategic Plan provides an overview of Gippsland Ports agreed directions for the next five years.  The goals and objectives identified in the plan are reviewed and reported against regularly.
